Breathwork is a powerful modality that unwinds built-up patterns of holding & bracing in the physical body.
A single session can involve the resolution of current issues, processing of old emotions, release of stuck energies, powerful ‘downloads’, recovery of lost memories, visionary experiences, feelings of peace, and more.
